"Bought a 2010 R3 Roadster at a different dealership (which is now out of business). Coming back from a trip in the Hill Country late Aturday evening, my bike broke down on the the highway just coming into Houston.
Called around and could get no help. A friend told me to call Plaris West.
Not only would they receive my bike, the owner dispatched a truck to pick me up and take my bike to the shop. Did a heck of a job replacing the parts in question under warranty, even after I had make mods to my bike. Service was professional and quick.
I highly recommend them for any of your service needs.
The only reason I gave them 4 stars on parts was Triumph's fault and no fault of Polaris.
Any future business with bikes will defiately be given to Polaris. Honest and quidk service while staying in touch and keeping me up to date on the work.
Thanks Poaris for making a great experience out of a bad ending to a trip.
You've got all of my future business, whether it will be a new bike, sevice, or repair.

"I purchased a 2007 Victory Kingpin and I am very satisfied with the motorcycle and the dealership as a whole. I have rode and/or owned several other motorcycles and their is nothing like the Victory. I am very pleased with the bike and have had no problems.The friends at Polaris also are riders and ride with their customers. I will never own anything else, and look forward to the day I can own the Cross Country.
